Paid for Object Desktop Which now I find out is not compatible with Windows 10.
Icons will not install on desktop and for some reason its keeping icons from other non stardock programs from installing Icons on desktop.
I had to uninstall object desktop in order o install other programs properly.
I am asking for a refund of my money. it seem that you people knew that this program was not compatible with Windows 10.
Please ! thank you very much .

Hello,

Not sure how you found out Object Desktop not compatible with Windows 10. Unless you are actually talking about ObjectDock. Object Desktop is  https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/ while ObjectDock is https://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/

For some reason I can login to go to My account but it tells me invalid password when I try to login to submit a ticket.  always when you ask for a refund. I have been a loyal member since 2007. I know the difference between Object Desktop and ObjectDock OK !  Since I can't seem to be able to logon to submit a ticket for refund I am sure You can look up my order number and do what's right.

Not sure what member app you are referring to here (IconPackager perhaps?).  If you are still wanting help there, please add more details.

If you are still wanting a refund, you can use the link provided and you do not have to log in - just use the options below and you can still submit a ticket.
